Preparing the
next generation

for the future of
banking.

Welcome to
The Banque

The Banque is a banking curriculum, in partnership with The Barret Graduate School of Banking that just happens to include an unparalleled interactive real-time model, alongside strategic planning, personnel planning and marketing exercises, with guidance from industry thought leaders.

Interactive Simulation

In a setting with up to 16 teams, participants competitively set rates and make strategic decisions that impact loan origination and deposit gathering.

Real-Time Results

With real-time reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, KPIs) every decision provides instant feedback, a learning experience, and an opportunity for discussion.

Case Study Based

The program includes an optional companion case study “The Story of Nonesuch Bank” and a compilation of banking education topics entitled “Banque Lessons."

Banque Lessons

Request your copy of Banque Lessons, a document devised to capture a collection of selected banking “stuff” written in “CUSS” mode (clear, unambiguous, simple and succinct) to help better explain various banking topics and concepts.

Supported by Banquers

The Banque is not a licensed program – it’s a system designed, driven and supported at your event by staff, led by Head Banquer, David Sidon, CPA.

CLIENT REVIEWS

"An invaluable resource"

Dave has been an invaluable resource to me as an Administrator, and most importantly, is tremendously well received by the individuals enrolled in our school.

He is extremely knowledgeable, while his teaching style is relatable and comfortable and makes even the most complex concepts digestible for our bankers.

"Highly recommend”

Of all the bank simulation experiences I have had, The Banque is by far the very best.

It is completely interactive and gives participants the ability to test decisions which fosters a great learning environment by providing a realistic simulation of balance sheet management.

I highly recommend this learning tool for bankers.
