Thank you Equity Bank for inviting me to be a part of your Equity University program. 

This past week 12 emerged leaders immersed themselves in year one of The Banque, followed by a thoughtful huddle next-day around the year one results with insight and context provided by the Bank’s CFO Chris Navratil.

Thank you Julie Huber, EVP, Strategic Initiatives and Ann Knutson, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for your hospitality. I especially enjoyed CEO Brad Elliott’s opening inspirational remarks to the participants and the candid Q&A session that followed.

We are looking forward to bringing The Banque back to Wichita.
